                           FOR CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE CONDITION.

                           decor,2 TV's,CD player,DVD/VCR,casablanca fans

$150 deposit upon confirmation, $75-$100 fully refundable security/key deposit required with final
                           payment due 30 days before arrival date.

Families of six, please add $50 to total cost for the week. $75-$100 security deposit required

Cancellation Policy

$100 cancellation fee.

Less than 3 weeks before arrival: $150 cancellation fee

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refunds

No refunds on winter stays
