     WE LIVE ON THE ISLAND & PERSONALLY INSPECT OUR VILLA

PRIOR TO EVERY GUEST ARRIVAL
                           FOR CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE CONDITION.

Some "GOLD RATED" FEATURES: new kitchen,new furniture,new
                           decor,2 TV's,CD player,DVD/VCR,casablanca fans

Note:  Until confirmed, rates are

$150 deposit upon confirmation, $35-$50 fully refundable security/key deposit required with final payment
                           due 30 days before arrival date.

Families with 4 children, please add $50 to total cost for the week. $100 security deposit required with
                           final payment.

Cancellation Policy

$100 cancellation fee.

Less than 3 weeks before arrival: $150 cancellation fee

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refunds

No refunds on winter stays
