For ladies and gentlemen on seaside or golf holiday, you will love our immaculate, one bedroom ocean villa on the top floor with balcony, with a peaceful and serene view of the sea marshes and the Atlantic Ocean at Hilton Head Island's #1 family oceanfront resort: The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort! The top floor is the third floor.  There are stairs that go directly to our villa.  There is an elevator eight villas down the corridor convenient for carrying golf clubs, groceries, suitcases, beach items. Our villa sleeps up to six persons.  The master bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed. We have two 6' long built-in bunkbeds suitable for children. There is balcony seating for six, dining for four. Our villa is approximately 60 yards to the beach and ocean, oceanside pool and poolside restaurant. ALL LINENS INCLUDED..........Pets NOT allowed, NO smoking in villa.
